Cheriton High Street site up for auction

The land at the junction of Cheriton High Street and Ashley Avenue, next door to Paydens Chemist and Post Office, is up for auction with Clive Emson on Thursday 15th February. The land has planning permission an attractive building containing for two shops with flats above and off street parking to the rear. I certainly hope that a sale is agreed - the proposed building fits very well with the area and the architect should most certainly be commended. It would add to the vibrant feel of our High Street - vacant land is hardly raising the tone of the area.
